Anonyome Labs, Inc. has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Anonyome Labs, Inc. has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Anonyome Labs, Inc.’s compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF).
If there is any conflict between the terms in Anonyome Labs, Inc’s privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. As required under the Data Privacy Framework Principles, when Anonyome Labs, Inc. receives information under the Data Privacy Framework and then transfers it to a third-party service provider acting as an agent on Anonyome Labs, Inc.’s behalf, Anonyome Labs, Inc. has certain liability under the Data Privacy Framework if both (i) the agent processes the information in a manner inconsistent with the Data Privacy Framework and (ii) Anonyome Labs, Inc. is responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

Anonyome Labs, Inc. commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal data. European Union, United Kingdom and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Data Privacy Framework policy should first contact Anonyome Labs, Inc. via support@anonyome.com. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Anonyome Labs, Inc. commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF to TrustArc, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF Principles-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your DPF Principles-related complaint to your satisfaction, please (a) contact our U.S.-based third party dispute resolution provider (provided at no cost to you) at https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request, (b) contact your local EU, United Kingdom or Swiss Data Processing Authority (“DPA”), or (c) invoke binding arbitration as a last resort (refer to https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/framework-article/ANNEX-I-introduction for additional information).
Anonyome Labs, Inc.’s accountability for personal data that it receives under the Data Privacy Framework and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Data Privacy Framework Principles. Unless Anonyome Labs, Inc. proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage, we remain responsible and liable under the Data Privacy Framework Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner that is inconsistent with the Principles.
